B2B Application Suite Uniting Core Department Values
My role as design specialist oversaw a 3 year multi-product journey resulting in MyHome becoming the supporting pillar for departmental business within SAP Customer Success. During this time I worked closely with stakeholders in bringing new product ideas to life and supported product owners and development engineers in end-to-end processes to bring these engaging products to our internal customers. I crafted designs, prototypes and concepts based on qualitative research and iterated solutions within project sprints. I expanded my network to include peers within Product & Engineering teams and presented UX and accessibility findings to our department.
